A few photos of your business, your hours, address, a list of services you offer, what makes you different from competitors (your "edge"), and a few sentences about your company. Please write this yourself — don't use AI for this step. It doesn't matter how rough it sounds; we'll rewrite and structure everything professionally. Your real voice is what we use as the foundation. Once we have all of that and payment is confirmed, your site is ready within one business day.
How long does it take to launch?
One business day from the moment we have all your content and confirmed payment. That's it. No drawn-out back-and-forth, no "it'll be ready in 6 weeks."
I already own a domain. What happens to it?
We'll guide you through transferring it to us — it's a simple process and we'll explain every step. If your domain is due to expire within the coming year, we renew it as part of the plan so there's no gap in coverage.
What happens to my domain if I cancel?
Your domain won't disappear right away. Because we renew it one year ahead of expiration, you'll have several months to transfer it to another registrar or take over the renewal yourself. Your domain was always yours — we just manage it on your behalf.
What is Google Business Profile and why does it matter?
It's your business listing on Google Maps and in local search results. When someone nearby searches "plumber near me" or "hair salon in [city]," businesses with a Google Business Profile show up first — with your hours, address, phone number, and reviews. It's included in the Professional plan and is often the single most effective thing a local business can do for free online visibility.
